*  Our fixed price completion service is subject to availability and subject to our minimum fee of £1,500. At Stark & Couzens we pride ourselves on offering an exceptional service by limiting the amount of clients we have. Due to this commitment we may not always have the availability to assist you but we will endeavour to do so. We can also offer a discount off our fixed full price service should you wish to take on the viewings yourselves. This fixed fee on completion service is on an initial three month marketing agreement period Stark and Couzens hold the right to remove your listing from marketing platforms. We will withdraw your property once a sale has been agreed or when the three months marketing agreement has finished, (whichever comes first) unless an extension has been mutually agreed.

Viewing packages available *

• £250 - Accompanied viewings package, for up to a maximum of two open house viewings plus further follow up viewings when required.
• £500 - Accompanied viewings package, for a maximum of 10 viewings plus follow up viewings when required.
• £750 - Accompanied viewings package, our maximum package with no restrictions on the amount of viewings that take place.

* Prior to marketing your property, you will pay an upfront fee of £1,500.00 with No VAT (non-refundable). There are no further fees to pay unless you decide to purchase one of our accompanied viewing packages (Starting from £250). We are confident in the service we'll provide you but in the event you change your mind, or for any other reason you request us to remove your property from the market we just ask for one weeks notice to allow time to implement. You have nine months from the original commencement date to re-list with us at no additional charge. This package and services provided within it expire twelve months from commencement date listed on our agreement. If a sale has been agreed before the twelve months end but not yet completed, we will of course offer our after sales service to completion unless mutually terminated.
